Friend Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing customers of ROOT Med Spa clients who are legal residents of Texas, USA and are at least 18 years old.
Referral Reward: Customers ("Referrers") may refer friends ("Referees") to ROOT Med Spa. Upon successful completion of a qualifying action (e.g., purchase), both the Referrer may be eligible for a reward, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Qualifying Action: To qualify for the referral reward:

The Referrer must share their unique referral link provided by ROOT Med Spa.
The Referee must use the referral link to make a qualifying purchase or sign-up for a service as specified by ROOT Med Spa.

Reward Distribution:

The Referrer will receive their rewards within 7 days after the qualifying action is completed and verified.
Rewards may be in the form of bankable credit deposited directly to your ROOT Med Spa Account.
Limitations:

Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn rewards.

Referrers and Referees must comply with all terms and conditions of ROOT Med Spa.
Cancellation and Modifications: ROOT Med Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.
General:

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
ROOT Med Spa is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed referrals, or inability to access the referral program.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
